We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

Products or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Exchange/Return Policy

Exchanges Due to Size

If an item you purchased from NSD does not fit, we offer the option to exchange it for the same item in a different size under the following conditions:

1. Exchange requests due to sizing issues must be initiated within 7 days from the date of purchase .

To initiate an exchange for size, please contact us at +91-8693009282 or support@nsdindia.com with your order details and the issue regarding the size. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Exchanges for Damaged Products In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we offer the option to exchange it for a new item, subject to the following conditions:

1. Claims for damaged products must be accompanied by a ‘box opening video’ showing the product as it is unpacked.
2. Claims, including the box opening video, must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. Items must not be used and should retain all original packaging and tags.

To initiate an exchange for a damaged product, please send your box opening video and other relevant details to +91-8693009282 or support@nsdindia.com. Upon verification, we will guide you through the process to exchange the damaged product.

Non-exchangeable Items

Please note that all sales are final, except in the specific cases mentioned above (size issues and damaged products). No returns or refunds are permitted, and only exchanges under these two circumstances will be considered.

Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses across India. [Any shipments outside of India are not available at this time.]

Delivery Time

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7-10 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
