All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days. Delivery timelines vary depending on your location. Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. NSD India does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference. Please review the product description, size guide, and order details carefully before placing an order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to you under applicable law, including where a product is defective, damaged, materially different from its description, or otherwise required by law to be replaced or refunded.

5.2 Exchange Window

Exchanges may be requested within 2 calendar days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for exchange.

5.3 Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact. NSD India reserves the right to decline an exchange if the returned product does not meet these conditions.

Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size, colour, or replacement product. If the requested replacement is unavailable, NSD India will contact you regarding the available options.

5.4 Exchange Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for all courier and delivery charges relating to an exchange, including:

• the cost of returning the original product to NSD India; and
• the delivery charge for shipping the exchanged product back to the customer.

These charges may vary depending on the customer’s delivery location. The applicable amount will be communicated before the exchange is processed.
